Matcha tea leaves were processed by steaming to prevent oxidation. It has a subtle bitter and greenish flavour. Do not get fooled by its refreshing green colour, it has a high caffeine level! It is a perfect choice after meals to keep you awake from a full stomach!

Hojicha is a roasted tea which its tea leaves were processed by steaming to prevent oxidation. It has a smoky flavour with a hint of cocoa. It has a low caffeine level, and is suitable for anyone who is sensitive to caffeine. Hojicha also contains more healthy fibres than many other teas, it can keep your intestine healthy and to reduce fat absorption.

Oolongcha has a darker colour than usual green teas, which tea leaves were not undergone oxidation; but it has a lighter colour than Black Teas, which tea leaves were oxidised. Oolongcha is created by roasting its tea leaves slightly bruised, which gives a partial oxidation.
Oolongcha has a light bitter flavour with slightly minty aftertaste. It was found to be helpful in regulating blood sugar level and preventing memory loss.

In contrast to Sencha, which tea leaves were picked and quickly steamed from avoiding oxidisation, Kocha tea leaves are allowed to fully oxidised before drying. The oxidisation removes the green taste from the tea leaves, and gives a richer flavour and aroma to the tea.
Due to the climate and soil condition in Japan, many people find Kocha tastes smoother and less bitter than other Black Teas from other parts of the world. It also has a mild flavour of rose.
Kocha is not easy to be found outside Japan, as the export of Kocha is very limited.

Puerhcha is one of the strongest teas, not only its taste but its colour! It has a dark woody taste and aroma due to its tea leaves go through further fermentation process after they were roasted.
Because of this, it is found more helpful than other teas in breaking down fats and balancing good bacteria in the gut. It is specially helpful in digestion after having a big greasy meal.
Moreover, Puerhcha is also good at soothing inflammation, reducing stress and tone down anxiety. Many people find that drinking Puerhcha can help them to relax muscle-aches and mild headache.

Silver Needle is made by using only the "baby" leaves on the tea branches. The leaves were hand-picked while still being covered with tiny silvery white hairs. With the shape of the tea leaves are as straight as needles, that's how the tea leaves named. Silver Needle is recognised as the highest grade of the White Tea.
Silver Needle Jasmine is made by smoking Jasmine flower petals with Silver Needle tea leaves. The production needs a lot of time and effort. A layer of Silver Needle tea leaves and a layer of Jasmine petals are used, stacked layer by layer alternatively. During the smoking process, the tea leaves absorb the fragrance essence from the Jasmine petals. New Jasmine petals layers then replaced during the process to enhance the fragrance essence, and it needs to be repeated several times until the process completed.
The tea can help to improve indigestion, remove stomach discomfort, and is conducive to detoxification in the intestines. It also has the effect of reducing body heat. The scent of Jasmine can soothe anxiety, and helps relaxation.
But Silver Needle tea is not recommended for people who has low blood pressure or low blood sugar levels, or while having a flu.
Hibiscus Tea is a herbal tea made by the Hibiscus flowers. It is caffeine-free, and sometimes being called Red Tea due to its signature red colour.
Ancient Egyptians used Hibiscus to reduce fever and bacterial infection. Modern researches also find out it helps to protect the liver, prevent kidney stones, lower blood sugar level and fight against cancer. It also contains Vitamin C for boosting our immunity systems, and Vitamin K to help bone metabolism and blood clotting.
But Hibiscus may have impact on estrogen levels. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, it is not recommended to drink Hibiscus tea. If you are having low blood pressure levels or low blood sugar levels, it is also not recommended.
